This Site sets no cookies, uses no third-party tracking and never stores your IP address.

Hosting & server log files

The Site is hosted on a server operated by BIGITEC GmbH in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH data center). The web server processes technical information transmitted by your browser (requested page, date and time, browser type, operating system, IP address) to deliver the Site securely; this data is not merged with other sources (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).

Privacy-friendly statistics (no cookies)

We operate our own, self-hosted statistics. Processed are: the page visited, referring website, browser and operating system, device type, screen size, language, time zone (from which an approximate country/city is derived), and clicks on buttons. Your IP address is not stored; unique visitors are counted using a hash that changes every day and cannot be linked across days. No cookies or fingerprinting are used, and no data leaves our server (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; § 25 (2) TDDDG).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message) is stored on our server and forwarded to us by e-mail for the purpose of answering your request (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). We do not pass this data on.

Trailer video

The trailer is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and loads only after you click the play button. From that moment, YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) may process personal data as described in Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR), and the right to complain to a supervisory authority (for us: LDI Nordrhein-Westfalen). Contact: info@bigitec.com.
